I need a little input here guys.

I have both a 49 tooth and 52 tooth sprockets and i'm not exactly sure what the right one will be for me.  I haven't been able to ride the bike yet so i'm trying to take a good guess here.

I ride singletrack, trails, and race harescrambles.  I'm somewhat fast and like to lug bikes around when possible.

Which size is everyone running?

Also, what is the stock gearing?

I'm getting some conflicting answers on the stock info.

Im running stock, like you said its tough to not get conflicting info 13 front (14t in manuals is wrong)and Ill check the rear today.   I ride mainly technical stuff but dont mind a finger on the clutch..... stock works great for all round stuff.

Ditto on the manual being wrong on the front but I think the manual is correct on the rear.

Regarding gearing, stock is pretty darn good an very versatile. I wouldn't change anything. I ran a 14 front for a bit. It was fine for all but super trials-like moves. I sometimes pivot around on switchbacks by lifting the front and pivoting on the rear. That was much tougher with the 14.
