Hi, new member here with a question about getting the airbox out. I've pulled the carbs, chain guard and I can't, for the life of me figure out how to get the entire unit out. I have the Honda service manual, but it simply states to "remove the airbox". If anyone can provide the secret answer, I would greatly appreciate it.

Don't think there's any major secret..The rear shock needs to come out as does possibly a few other bits and pieces of plastic around that area..It's a real rubics cube job getting the airbox out of any twin carb model. I doubt anyone will be able to guide you through the process, it's just something you have to play around with.
Getting one back in is worse so try and take note how you got it out..Good luck.
