I posted a thread like this a while ago, it's long dead.. I tried getting a thread like this going for heel clickers but not much has happened with it, so... post up pics of your 1 and no handers as well as no footers. there should be a LOT more people that can add to his this thread.

Cool pics, it kind of seems like you don't feel comfortable getting away from your bike though. Is that the case?

Just not 100% comfortable with anything to huge. Once I get a 250 I think I can push myself a little more. I legit did a heelclicker....only It was at a friends track and It was an unplanned thing I decided right that second so no one got a picture! which reallllyyyy sucks!

I've been working up to trying a superman....is it bad to hang onto the bars? I mean is there a wrong or right way? I've done em on bmx bikes, I just think it's mostly a confidence issue

a regular superman with your hands on tha bars is one of the hardest tricks to learn to do well. I see lots of people do big extention ons that just look weird. Metzger, Clowers, Mad mike, and Justin homan are the guys that did them best. I used to do them really well but went down hard doing one at a show and for some reason they have never been the same.

I tried finding more pics of what I feel is a perfect superman, I searched "fmx superman" and one of the pics that comes up is me doing a bar hop...
