I got this opertunity to buy this kawasaki, So far I have taken the bike apart just to see what shape it is in and everything is good exspept its got a major hesitation at 3/4 to WOT so I instantly thought neddle jet. I took about the carb apart and adjusted the needle from middle number 3 postion to 1 at the very top but i didn't find a differance when i test drove it. So i pulled the plug and its compleatly dry and black with easily wipe off carbon. This bike runs awsome untill the throdle range and owner of it says it just started doing that so he got me to fix his dirt bike instead of fixing this bike too. And now his dirt bike is running he wants to sell this bike to me.
So what do i go about adjusting the carb to run right and how much do you think this bike is worth I live in northern ONT Canada.

There is also a few other things i forgot to mention this bike has been modded out extensively with a yoshimura controler box. now this box bypasses the TPS sensor on the carb I would like to know its benifits and what it dose. Also the bike has a fmf flow threw muffler and it dose apsolutly no muffleing I would like to know if there is a product on the market that i could cap or reduce the noise on this muffler so at least i can drive the bike to the trails without disturbing everyone. and if so when i get there it can easily come off.
