Clutch or Chaos?

I have a 2011 350sxf, I had a Rekluse clutch running inside, it was great, however recently when I have been going riding the Rekluse and also the Stock KTM clutch has been playing up. ( I think ) I have been taking the bike out starts out fine no slipping whatsoever, after I do about 20 or so minutes of riding (in sand normally) the rear wheel starts losing drive, The RPM is there but its not delivering to the rear wheel, doesn't matter what gear I'm in it just starts slipping, the Rekluse started this off so i put my stock clutch back in to try and eliminate the problem, however the same problem is happening with the stock.
I am putting the clutch in to spec and what not so I'm happy with the fiddly side of it, however I did put my digital gauge on the Friction discs and they are reading at 1.89 mm, both my rekluse set and the stock set I had, in the manual it states 2mm, not sure if my gauge is out or i've fried both sets of discs ( stock set of discs is only about 5 hours old ), but also in the manual on the pictured diagram of the clutch it shows 7 Friction discs but then you goto the quantity side it says 8 so the manual could be giving me the run around. ha ha.
Anyway if anyone could try and make my day by saying your bike is not screwed that'd be great.
By the way the bike is 110 hours old now I've had 2 top ends done and I'm running lucal oil 10W/50 in her.

Are you runnin stock clutch springs?
If there is less pressure plate pressure it will cause the same effect.
$70 gets you the best hinson springs eva...cheapest and best upgrade, the stock springs are crap...

Yeh soaked the discs in oil for a day and used the new stock springs that came with the new discs.
The problem seems to be only when it gets hot it starts to slip so I just cant think of what is going wrong with it. The stock clutch was working fine before I swapped the rekluse into it now I have swapped the stock back in, it doesnt work as it should, I'm thinking im going to just buy another clutch pack and start from scratch as my Rekluse might have fried the discs.
Hinson springs, i'll check them out thanks
