Yea it's all good man thanx for ur help. The stock needle I already knew was gonna be too lean being the dgk was richer than the stocker so I ordered a DGJ, DEJ, and a DGH being the richest every where outta the 3 so hopefully the needles  make it here by the weekend so I can nail this down . This Bike has never ran so good and I'm not even spot on yet! Lol the BOGG is gone

Well I'm happy with the jetting now. Runs great
Pilot 42
Slide #6
Needle - A715 289R ,2nd clip
Main- 180
A/S-1 3/4 turns out.
The air striker carb came with a slide was a 7 an it was just too lean and the #6 from the stock carb worked great .

Thats great to hear man!!!!! I had to do a little trial and error jetting with mine and the transition point from pilot to needle through about 1/3 throttle was my lean area. My stock needle cleaned this up. Hey you say you were able to use your stock slide from your orig carb? I am going to look for a cheap used one to have a #6 slide on hand so I appreciate the info. I am glad it worked out good, and we try to hit Holton somewhere in the first week of Oct. so maybe we can get a ride together with a group of people. I have been riding with a TTer named Michigan400 for a couple years and been wanting to get a few more together for a ride. :)

Yup my stock carb was pwk also so the slide was the same. When I swapped the slides out I had to go from 5th clip on the needle down to the 2nd clip an it ran very good ... The best it ever has .. Lil bit of spooge but I'm ok with that.. Yea my gf and I go riding as much as we can but she rides a quad so I don't get to hit the single tracks much but depending on that we would be down for some riding
