Bike ticks over ok and bottom end reving is normal but as soon as you hold it open the bike back fires and doesnt make the power, the powervalve also does not appear to be opening. Ive checked the reed valves and they are not cracked or chipped, Compression test shows over 140 psi on the piston and rings, ive cleaned the carb out about 5 times, Ive tried a different coil, new spark plug. Bike just wont run. Anyone have any ideas?

Oh and the red bull can is not my doing, ive just not taken it off yet =p

that is not back firing.  I don't know what it is.  Sound metallickto me.   not good.  Time to look into the engine.   And your shock spring is loose.

Had it stripped down clutch side to check out the powervalve and it seem to be operating fine. It just doesnt open when i run the bike (possibly revs are not getting high enough to open?).

The video i think sounds a bit different than real life, its not really a mettalic sound you get it just seems to be like its back firing but it stutters. Ticking over and at low revs you would never know theres anything wrong with it. i could split the cases but i cant see any benefit from being in there tbh.

Its hard to tell exzactly where to look since i dont know how the problem started and ive checked everything i can think of checking. only thing left i can think of is cdi or stator Possibly bad jetting? The loose spring is actually the top and bottom bearings that look like they should have been replaced about 5 years ago

notsplit the cases.  Take the head and cylinder off.
Check cylinder bore to piston clearance .002 is standard
Check cylinder to see if it is out of round
Check small and big end rod bearing.  There should be no up and down play.  Service limit is .001.  There will be some side to side play.

Check crank bearings.  There should be no play in the bearings.  You can check them by taking the side covers off.
