hey im rebuilding my forks but idk how much cc's of fork oil goesin the inter chamber and outer chamber. can ony one tell me? and i dont feel like buying a service manual for just this one prolem.

Inner chamber is 195 cc, however, the volume isn't that important as long as you put enough oil in, since any excess will bleed off, past the Base valve (after assembling the damper assembly, drain out the excess oil through the 2 holes on each side of the damper cartridge). If you don't drain off the excess oil, then it counts towards the volume of the oil in the outer chamber, giving it a stiffer and possibly harsher feeling. You are also likely to get different oil volumes in the outer chamber in each fork leg.
As for the outer chamber, it will boil down to personal preference. Usually anywhere between 350cc and 410cc. I generally use right around the middle of that range at 375 cc.
