Ive just finished replaceing a broken shift fork and the 5th drive gear which had a dog snapped off. Bike runs great 1st to 3rd but 4th slips bad and sounds rough.

When i replaced 5th driven the dogs on both 5th driven and 3rd/4th looked like brand new.  Anyone have any ideas where to go form here?

thx

After further investigation it turns out 4th and 5th driven have some wear and need replaced. If anyone has a 125 around this year and is splitting parts then feel free to send me a pm and we can sort something out

You can have the dogs back cut,

They will never slip again but to shift you will have to clutch or hit the kill switch for a split second.
