I've had this little 50cc scooter since '08, bought it with my first "real" job and was my first vehicle ever owned. Along with that I did some crazy stuff on it; ride on a highway, spent a total of about 20 hours on decent trails, rode it year round in the harshest snow and cold, learned how to work on a vehicle, buy parts, how to use a gas pump, get a ticket, etc. etc. etc. But after being told it was no longer legal to operate (due to relative circumstances) I had to put it away. Now that I'm going to college and need a vehicle I'm inching towards this little guy for parts. I'm wondering if it would be better to have it sit there in my parent's shed they'll never use as a memorial for my personal achievements, or to part out on eBay so that I can afford a new little guy to have fun with.
