Searched and read a few threads with no real definitive answers on to how people actually fixed the issue of the crank case vent. Picked up an 09 to go with my 2011 and did new top end including valves and bike is still blowing out the valve cover gasket after a few minutes of run time. Cant blow/suck any air out the vent tube. Havent had time to pull the tube yet and look in the opening to see if its shifted but I know the head isnt warped and the top in is fresh, crank looked good when it was apart. Machine shop access if necessary to fix it, really dont want to buy cases.
Anybody have success FIXING 09 case vent, if so, How?

Nobody has been able to fix one of these huh? Pulled the tube and the vent fitting, the dowel has spun in the case and no longer has the relief opening matched with the valve opening therefore will not vent...

There are several fixes..
I how ever have not had to deal with this issue my self as of yet.. How ever I have theorized several fixes..
Fix #1 buy a new pin.. Remove old pin. [tap the end use a slide hammed to remove] Installing new pin use Green Lock tight [it's used for pressed parts not threads]should permently fix problem
Fix #2. Remove old pin. Tap the breathing hole [the hole drilled in the side] press part back in [I would still use green lock tight] then thred in a pre scored SS dowl and break it so you can install the case nipple and prevent the rod from ever rotating again and or walking out..
Fix #3 drill the case tap it and have two breaters one on top one on the side. How ever this will not prevent the pin from walking out sealing it against the idle gear
Fix #4 the correct way.. Buy new cases, bearings, parts, & pin and reassemble..
