well i got a 2012 yz450 been racing on all stock suspension/ springs does pretty good except in decel/ accel bumps and couple other areas but overall happy with stock setup...well im down right now with a broken wrist so i figure its a good time to get correct springs and do some valving....wonder if anybody has some good setups on this bike for woods as fas as suspension goes ...or maybe just doing springs and ill be happy itll take some roughness in the decel/accel bumps

Ok, then call them, see what they reccomend,

Or call race tech, they sell different valves and springs so that might be a good idea.

0.45 forks and 5.4 rear,  check your rear sag numbers as the std rear spring maybe ok
