I am hoping someone can help me with my son's xr 100 carb. We rebuilt the carb, replacing almost everything. Jets, seals, etc. When we start, it starts dumping fuel out the overflow line. This was my first carb rebuild and all seemed pretty simple. All parts came from Honda and are stock replacements.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you....

The needle valve connected to the float maybe stuck open, use the the butt end of a hammer handle and tap the side of the bowl with your fuel turned 'ON' and see if it stops.
Check with your manual that the float level is set correctly also
