Sounds like your main jet is too lean. But before we go trying to diagnose something having only seen a video theres a few things we need to know, such as is the engine warmed up.. is the choke on... what is the condition of your plug etc etc. You also mention that it was doing it before the carb swap which is when you got the video, did it start doing this suddenly or over a period of time?. Maybe it isnt a fuel/air issue and may be a spark problem, have you done anything to the ignition system and have you checked the coil/lead isnt shorting out somewhere under high revs?

Check all the basics before you start going crazy.
How is the Spark Plug?
How strong is the spark.
Check your valve clearance
Check your timing
Check for blockages in the exhaust
Make sure the air cleaner isnt pluged
Check for a vacuum leak on the intake
Check fuel filter!!!

Does it run fine at idle?  if it is only an issue at 1/2 -WOT then either it is:
- Starving for fuel (too lean, usually backfires spits and sputters)
- Starving for air (too rich boggs down with a quick flick of the wrist)
- Way too much back pressure and cannot breathe through the exhaust
- or ignition/ spark issue.

Take your time and start weeding things out.  Rember the Scientific Method.  Write down all your original settings, changes you made and how it effected things.  Always keep a baseline!!!

It Started Happening Over A Period of Time. I Just Recently Change My Spark Plug And It Was Pitch Black. I Know This Means That Its Too Rich. Could My Spark Plug Be The Reason Why I Had This Problem?? And It Sounds Like Its Starving For Air In Your Checklist.
