Can Am Outlander 650 Wont shift

I have a 2007 Can Am Outlander 650 Max XT. Practically impossible to shift. I feel like I will break the lever off trying to get it to move. Have read the posts about the one-way clutch, bearings etc. I have done all that it is no better. Any help appreciated.
