Hi guys. I just opened up my carb to clean it and inspect it after reading the bst bible. First thing I noticed is that the exterior from the floating part looks somewhat different from the one in the bst bible. But just a little. Then, when I opened it I found the main jet unscrewed, sitting on the bottom of the floating chamber. This may be related to the poor performance I was getting when I first tested the bike. I figured out easy that it was the carb. Bike was pulling solid but chocked about half way on revs. Anyway, I continued to strip the carb and found that fuel screw had no o ring when I got it out. Only the spring was attached. As I saw in the posted diagram there should have been a washer as well (items 26 and 27). The jet needle is pretty worn out. Al I could read on it was a 9.  Main jet is 140 and idle jet is 47.5. Air jet is 1.0 and on the needle jet larger thing (the one that the needle goes in ) I think I saw written 734. Anyway, I wonder if it's normal to have no o ring or washer on the fuel screw. I have a total of 4 small o rings recovered from the carb. 2 from the floating assembly, one from the jet needle bigger metal part (attached to the plastic body) and another one from the diaphragm cover where a small breather tube comes out. It was sitting between the cover and the carb body. It is the smallest thicker one. Is that normal to be there? I saw a replacement kit on procycle and it contained the same, 4 o rings, only that they seem to be different in size than mine. So if that kit covers the fuel screw, then how are they still 4 pieces? I have 4 and none on that screw. And the one recovered from the breather part of the diaphragm cover seems kind of big to fit with the fuel screw. Also in the bst bible it is mentioned that the idle jet should be 45, and 47.5 for tuned intake/exhaust. Mine has stock everything so why is that there?
The last thing, item number 24, it is a screw I got out from the float cover. I don't know it's purpose and the tip looks chipped. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that. I noted in the picture below the area where the smallest o-ring was.
I will get a DJ kit and if I am missing any o ring then I will get a repair kit as well with all gaskets and o rings.

Ok, after reading some more I found that idle jet is 47.5 for dr650se. That's settled. When I started cleaning the carb after 24 hours of soaking in carb cleaning solution I found something that made me happy. The o ring from the fuel screw was on the thin pipe that the floating device goes into. That meant 2 things, first I didn't need an o-ring set  and second, the floating device wasn't all the way into the carb body not properly sealing, and that could be what was creating the symptom when I first bought the bike. Choking... So there are in fact 5 o-rings in my carb. Last problem to solve is screw number 24. Is it normal to look that way?
Added some pictures with the o-ring I found (it fits perfect on the fuel screw) and the o-ring that I couldn't find in any diagram, the one from the diaphragm cap.
