I'm about to go pick up a 93 trx300ex fourtrax, I like to trail ride and I know it'll be good for that but I also like to jump. I don't know a whole lot about quads, I've been a dirt bike and atc person for years. Is the 300ex any good for jumping? Was it made for racing or trail riding? This is gonna be my first quad and I wanna know what I'm getting into.

what kinda jumping are you looking at? with some better suspension people race mx with em so yeah you could jump but not like on a bike. Its more of a trail quad..like an xr250..where the cr250 is like a trx450r
