YZ250F Won't Start

I have a 2008 yz250f that will not start.  Im confused because a few days ago it would start first kick, now nothing will make it turn over.  I've kicked it for a while, tried roll starting it, nothing works!  Yesterday i replaced the spark plug hoping it would work but that did not change anything.  Any suggestions?

Spark? Replace the pilot jet?

Carb was clogged, it starts now, thanks!
