Just wondering how often I should change my oil and how much I should put in when I refill it. I use yamalube if that makes a diffrence

on my 2006 i put in 1.33 quarts when i drain it and change my oil filter.
i race so evry race which is once a week.. if u just casual ride probaby every 15-20 hours of riding. and thats almost too long

Ha ha! Sunruh can be quite the Nazi when it comes to asking the 'how often should i change my oil" question or "what oil should i use" .
