I noticed we finally have a large tank option for the 230. Clarke makes a 2.9 gal tank for the 230 now, I think my stocker is 1.9. Also fmf has a power bomb avalable for the m/l series, I'm hoping it's going to fit on my f as well.

It says it dosnt fit the l or r models im guessing it wont fit a f with cr forks very good

Correct, this tank will NOT FIT a CFR230L, nor will it fit the CRF150-R, the racing four stroke super mini.
It will FIT a CRF150F just fine, whether it has stock forks ormodified w/ CR upside down forks. doesn't matter.

Noticed it will only fit 08-09 & 12 models. What's the difference between those and the 2003 - 2007 model?

The frames shouldn't be different. I'll bet you can throw the new stuff on an old bike. If anything you might have to modify the tank mounts a little bit.
