Nice! How often do you change piston and check on the valves?

The 2007 that I own has been an excellent bike so far.  I replaced the stock chain, grips, throttle tube, tires and gas cap but other than those items mine is still stock.  From a reliability standpoint I have ZERO complaints.  Mine doesn't have very many hours on it still because I have been switching back and forth between it and a 250cc smoker.  It starts and runs great and has plenty enough power for the type of riding that I do which is mostly trails.

I dont work on my own bikes but I had the piston changed at 88 hours. But unitll 50 hours I was pretty slow and never rode it hard at all. From about 75 hours and up it finally started getting ridden a little harder. I had the valves checked at 20, 60,88,138 hours. I dont think they really need checked all that often. My bike usually starts first kick. I now have a 2012 crf250r and it is much nicer but comes at an expensive price. I plan to have the piston changed at 50 hours on this bike because I am getting faster. I change the airfiler after every ride and each ride is about 1 hour. I change the oils and oil filer every 5 hours only using Honda oils. If you have any mroe questions let me know.
