Changing smr brake master to sx brake master

Hey guys, I have an 05 ktm smr and had ordered some sick levers thinking they would fit no problem. Wrong.... I didnt know that the smr has a different front brake setup. My question is will a brake master off an sx or exc work with my fte caliper and brake line?? Any suggestions where to get one? Thanks
