Any one notice how dead this place is since they rolled out the new TT design? This section used to get 3 + pages of new posts every day.....now there are only a few new posts. Why is this?

not sure why but i definitely agree. I guess its the split up of the forums that you cant see all of them at once?

I noticed the same thing. You don't have to visit the forums as often because there just isn't as much action. There are probably a number of factors but, I don't like the ads nor the design of the Board. I'm sure all the people that jump on everyone for not using the search function don't help either.

If you had bothered to search, I believe this complaint has come up several times.

I only noticed a decline in activity over the past couple of weeks. It is riding season. Most people spend their free time riding, I think.

Yeah, better we have a forum of old archives rather than recent activity
I've never understood people getting all hung up when someone brings up a rehashed topic. Oils, 2-4 stroke, etc.
If they think it's been discussed enough, don't bother reading/ responding. It's not like it's taking up valuable bandwidth, they need activity for advertisement, so let people discuss what they please without telling them to "search" or "this has been discussed before"

That would be my guess as well. I don't think the forum software or the forum's membership/mods have anything to do with less posts. Plus, it is summer so kids are out of school. If you have one then you are also spending time with them. Well, at least you should be!

I don't mind the forum layout, but the store could use some work. So difficult to find things, too many subcategories. I was trying to browse new boots.
Heres the procedure
Products>Footwear>Boots> Offroad
Now i still have over 800 items to view. 1 for each boot of each individual size. I would do more shopping from the tt store but it can be frustrating and long to place an order. They do have fair prices with a %110 percent price match.
But a turnoff for me in the forums are some of the people. Too many newbs asking dumb questions, too many people trying to start trouble, and too many know it alls that don't. And for people who insist others to use the search function, it's a forum, made for discussion.
