Nothing to see here....unfortunately. Move along....no 2-smokers, no big XR's. And most interesting of all, no mention of the 450X or 250X.

Still waiting for a 2-stroke comeback with Honda, I know Suzuki has 2-strokes overseas. Maybe one day but I doubt it!

I got all excited, a street legal crf250x ! but nope, disapoint honda made a 320 pound 250cc dualsport with crap suspension

if they have truly dropped the X..... wow just wow. I mean, I guess I understand the economy and all but damn. Just hand over all your sales to others.

Yeah, amazing how Honda ( and pretty much the other 3 big guys) have given the entire offroad dirt bike market to the european brands.

Is it a case of them thinking, "Hey, all the pros in the offroad world raced modified mx bikes anyway..."? Unlikely, but I figured I'd ask.

Yep. I think Yamaha is only one offering an off road race bike in 2013. RMX450Z=died due to EPA or whatever. CRF-X: dead? KLX450R: died. No doubt economy related but the Euro brands continue to do R&D and are no doubt selling bikes.

We're losing open riding areas at about the same rate as big 4 off-road bikes.

Looks like Honda is going to give the WR250R some competion with it's new CRF250L. I'm interesed in seeing the comparsion of the two.
