Well, I just bought a 2006 Husky 610 SM with 6k miles on it. It was stumbling real bad through most of the rpm range and guy said it just had some bad gas in it and he tried cleaning them out and couldn't get it running right.

Long story short, I tear it apart today and find a dirty carb, so I clean it and replace the clip holding the floats and needle valve, Which I thought was the problem. Get it together, still popping and not running good. I ran a compression test and I am only getting 90 psi compression, so there's my problem. I also noticed the oil pressure light was flashing when I was riding it. I doubt this was because of the cylinder?

Does anyone have experience rebuilding these engines? My cam chain tensioner is at 7 clicks, guess I should replace it for fun since the engine will have to be pulled and disassembled. Is there any possibility this could be caused by valves being out of adjustment?

Where are good sources for parts?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
