I think nobody has replied because this is the kind of thing that *you* will need to decide.

One thing you didn't mention, is which way you'll be trading. Do you currently have the 450, or the quad and 2 stroke?

Those two rides are completely different than the 450x, so it will depend on what your plans are. Having recently gone from a CR250 to the 450X I can say that the 2 strokes are a completely different animal. Not that they're bad, just different. So ask yourself....do you want to do trails, desert, and occasional track time (X).......or almost all track time (YZ), and some dune/desert riding (raptor)?

Well not trying to be a smart ass but if you read the post right, I said trading a 450x for a raptor and a yz not trading a raptor and yz for a 450x lol. I have owned 2 strokes and 4 strokes, all I was asking was what other people thought about the trade is all. I live in lake havasu city, az and do a lot of single track riding and like to do 150 + mile rides once in a while

I'm not looking for likes and dislikes and the machines in general, i guess I should of specified more. I wanted to know if people thought it was a fair trade or not?

I hate quads, so I think it was a terrible trade.
