Is there a kit that contains all of the bearings in the bottom end or do I need to pick through the parts diagrams.

There is not a bearing kit that I am aware of, other than crank bearings. Got to pick through the honda diagrams. Why are you replacing all the bearings? Unless you had a catastrophic failure in the transmission side, the bearings should all be fine. Spin them. If they are rough, replace them, other than that re-use them.

Thanks for the info. The lower rod bearing came a part. There are a few gouges in the case but other than that.....The tranny side is OK as far as shrapnal is concerned, but after 6 years(3 of them with my teen age son desert racing) I thought it would be best to do all the bearings and other worn items.

You can replace all the bearings if you want to. If just doing it for precaution, I would replace the two high load bearings. The big mainshaft bearing right behind the clutch and the countershaft bearing right behind the sprocket.
