rmz 450 missing shifts

hi dude,s i have a rmz 450 09 did a meeting today missing shifts between 3 and 4 i think .when its in gear doesn,t seem to jump out of gear but haveing a job to change up seems to hit a nuetral.iam pretty sure 3 to 4 is the problem. any advice please thank,s

My bet is its the shifter. The shifter is crap on the rmzs
