This issue may have happened before though ver seldomly and not to the same extent... basically when I release my clutch lever it would stop right at the friction point and for most of the ride home (stopping alot in rush hour) it would pop out shortly after and i would jump alittle, kind of a mini wheelie.  Now, it does the same thing except the level just wants to stay in the middle and i have to poke it forward to get it unstuck and even then it may may remain loose in its nature forward postion and then a second goes by and boom, i jump.  I made it home by doing this and constanty giveing no gas til my mini wheelie then reving just to not stall.

I thought that it only happened between first and second but it now is between all of them and i think even downshifting (by then then i was trying my best just to stay in 3rd).  The weirdest thing is when its parked and engine off it doesnt do this; i checked because I wanted to see if the lever itself has rust or something that was stopping it from going retracting.  When the bike is running and the lever is hanging in the middle you can tell there is slack in the cable.

So this is a laundry list of an issue and i cant seem to find anyone with simlar issues so any help would be great.  I may try to take a video or something.

it sounds as thought your cable is old ? and if not for usre the actuation mechanism in your left hand engine cover is gunked up and sticking.  First adjust the clutch and lube everything well with WD-40. If the problem remains, a new clutch cable replacement is in order and is easy as is the disassembly, cleaning and regreasing of the aucuation mechanism. If after these re accomplished and you have the same problem then you have bad slipper plates in your clutch. These old Honda clutches take alot of abuse. Doubt it is shot.
