I took my whole bike apart, and did a pretty good job of keeping parts where they need to be and how they go.  Its about 95% complete, but i cant seem to figure out the spring for the rear brake.  I went to local dealers to look at the bike, but no one has 300's.  I have found pictures but they arent close enough for me to see, or dont show it well enough.  Its the top mount piece for the spring im having trouble with...

Anyone able to help with that?

The only spring I see in the rear brake assembly is the one hooked up to the pedal.  If that is what you're talking about, the other end hooks to a "Z" shaped bracket that gets bolted to the case, behind the clutch housing.

Yes thats it, but i cant quite figure out how.  Which bolt does it attach to, and it should have a spacer shouldnt it?  I believe that was part of my problem is i remember a spacer, but dont remember trying with it...

PM me with your email address and I'll send a photo of the spring and mount location.
