Bike is totally stock, it wants to bog with a quick twist of the throttle even when warmed up. I was wondering if i should mess with clip on the needle. I would appreciate any help. Also was wondering of any easy ways to get a little power from the bike with out going crazy on the wallet. thanks

To save $$ skip the aftermarket exhaust and just buy a 'power' (wider opening) tip for the stock exhaust off ebay.  $35 or 40.  Jets are 17, filter about 20.  Rejet with 130 and 38 (stock is 125 and 36).  you'll need to open the fuel screw 1 turn too.
15t front sprocket 20. Pull the snorkel off.
Bada boom  Whole new bike for $100

Pull the fuel pitcock out of the fuel tank and check to see if the internal screens (filters) are clogged up with gunk.

Check out the "Project TTR230"  done by Offroad.com,  there are 5 parts some (suspension) more $$ and sophisticated,  but there are gearing, carb mods, airbox mods,  exhaust mods,  I actually prefer the stock exhaust un-modded,  that really seem to ramp up the power.   This is once sweet little bike.  Electric start,  6 sp trans,  and aircooled to boot.
