It was orginally a japanese restricted R model it is not anymore depending on who you ask it's either a 1990 n half in japan or a 1991 model else where it was released.
Video is after it's been warming up for a few mins on a cold winter day it was nice out so I took it out to warm it up I also have a 1990 NSR 250 and 1992 NSR 250 yes they are street reg'd.
