What are trails there like? are they more open and fast, tight and technical, etc.

Check out youtube videos, variety of different terrain. Took my 2 boys there and we had a blast.

I went earlier in the summer. It's a cool place to ride, the track is fun to play on and the trails are decent but not technical at all, I'd rate their difficulty about the same as WNF or the main trails at Perry. The nice thing is you're never more than a mile or so from the parking lot.
