James is becoming a class act IMO (his RacerX interview.)  I think many are baffled by his encouraging words for his opposition, but what they fail to realize is that positive words and encouragement for his competitors puts James in the roll of an authority figure... thus, looked up to.  That can be a powerful thing.

I don't think Poto or Reed will ever look up to him and I know Reed wouldn't hesitate to stuff him in a corner to make a pass. And Stewie would do the same

Well sure.  Racing is how they make a living.  Behind the microphone is too.  I sponsored a few little league baseball teams, wasn't all too crazy about the 'bad mouthers' or those with 'attitudes' while wearing my companies name on their jerseys... you start looking at whether their performance really outweighs their professionalism.  That's the way I look at it anyway.

I know you like KTM's man, but hey, there are people who love and have loyal Yamaha following. I may not be 100% Yamaha follower but i like the bike anyway and the fact that the bike is proven in races such that it has earned a lot of title in US national and SX under the hands of the right guy.... Whilst you criticise Yamaha, while I defend it and criticise in return your beloved KTM, this is where aall this "hate thing" that you so wanna impress here started.

I own a KTM because I ride off road now more than track so I guess I'm a KTM lover

BUT....I think the RMZ is the best racing platform out right now. I base this on the fact that it has won multiple championships with multiple riders. It also benefits from years of R&D. Is the Yamaha a good bike? Probably but when a completely new chassis is developed it takes time to get it setup to compete at the pro level. Will it ever be a proven design? Maybe but only time will tell and I think they are hampered by the lack of a factory effort. When the new Honda....completely new design....came out they struggled with setup for the first year but they have it dialed in now because the factory race team spent countless hours working on it. Who's doing the R&D on the Yamaha? Satellite teams with limited resources compared to the Japanese manufacture who also have decades of experience

So go ahead and call me a KTM lover and a Yankee Doodle but you know I'm right about that Yamaha

Funny you mention that because I was thinking the exact same thing earlier today... I actually hate tv, except moto of course, and it def beats watching all the stupid reality shows that seem to be on every channel every night of the week.
