Just did an air filter and exhaust mod on my 2004 klx 110.  It needs rejetted, so before I go guessing, does anyone else have this setup? Or can give me advise on what jetting I should try first.  I have stock jetting in it atm, and have the bbr air filter right off the carb, and a FMF 4.1 SS exhaust.

The most logical thing to do is to pickup the next two sizes larger of both the main and pilots jets, and go from there.

Thanks man, I have my bbr air filter set up, but its not on the bike yet.  The pipe however, i put on tonight and it ran perfect. No backfire, no hesitation, and I ran it hard and checked the plug and its that tan color that I was looking for.  Once I get rid of the stock air box and such, I'm sure I'll Have to do what you suggested.  thanks for the advice
