is the length the same on a 2000 and 2003 rear shock? ive looked everywhere and even emailed factory connection and works performance and noone seems to know

I'm not sure about '03, but I have an '04 rear shock on my '01 .... so I think they are essentially the same length?
The linkage on my bike is '01 factory stuff too, so I believe you'll find it is a direct replacement.
