I pulled the rod out, and both ends are flat, maybe slightly mushroomed. Is this normal? Does someone have a picture of the two ends? Anytime I abuse the clutch some, the lever pulls all the way to the grip...Brand new Tusk fiber/metal pack.

I replaced mine because it looked like your sounds like. I got it from http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com OEM and it was just under $20 for it. And I also installed a tusk clutch kit for the first time (I normally use Barnett Clutch) and I have nothing but problems with the tusk clutch when I am hard on it. Read this post.
