250 or 450?  I'm sure he will Qualify.  I think he can pull a top 15, especially in the early rounds when fitness may be an issue for some riders.

On a different note, why wasn't he at the Glen Helen twostroke championship?

Being old and tired myself... stay home once you get to the point where you are a menace on the track! He was a good rider in the day, but "the day" has LONG passed.
