Hey! I'm new to the forum and semi new to the moto world. I've had a 2003 RM250 for a couple years now and I'm slowing learning how to work on it. Right now,  I need your help in identifying this particular part on both sides of the cylinder head. I have attached two images below that are highlighted with red circles. The 2nd photo is a picture of the part I'm actually looking for because right now they are missing from my bike. It seems to be some kind of bolt that threads into the motor. Any help would be much appreciated because I've tried and tried to search for it but I can't seem to find anything. Thank you!!!

Awesome! Thanks so much! I didn't think to look at the exhaust valve schematic.

Do you think this missing part could keep the bike from starting? Maybe causing it to have low compression???

Im not expert but i would say yes being its a 2 holes in the cylinder and they hold to two pins that go into the exhaust valve
