I like to go riding atleast twice a week but I love lifting weights as well.  My problem is I like to have atleast a couple days off before a track day so I can recover and get my strength back.  That doesn't leave the week with a whole lot of lifting.  Wondering what schedules you guys run and is it effective.  I may only do track once a week and free ride/trails the other so for that i run it sore or weak.

Ex

Lift Sunday,Monday,Tuesday
Cardio wednesday
Track thurs
Lift Friday
Ride Saturday

Isn't enough days in a week

Who am I kidding there's no cardio in there, never was.

Do you feel like you need a rest day coming off chest/Tri before you ride?

Im trying to convince myself it's ok to go do chest Tri today even tho I'm going to track tomorrow

I would hit the gym for sure, just keep lifting hard and soon your body will adapt, you may be a little sore but will still be able to ride. Its amazing what you can train the body to do.

I can't decide whether to do legs or chest the day before moto.  Would you rather have sore legs or sore chest and shoulders.
