Hi thanks for the info.
maybe in Europe is different from the US bike?

any way i talked just about the MV only, i didnt open the base Valve.
can it be that my stack worked fine or i missed up with the order??

i'm newbie with that and i see that MV is in the opposite from what i rote, from what direction should i write? from the valve -out side?
in the rebound i didnt find noting close, it looked like the nut was closed and never opened.

thanks again.

My records are directly from technical touch in belgium.

I did a pair of 250 RM 2002 forks recently and this fork also has 23 OD faceshims on reb.
So maybe you mixed it up.

Yes, a very crazy looking reb IMO.

What are your complaints amitx?

Would be nice to see your base too!

I left the mid alone on my 03 and changed the base with a suggested stack by Mog last year. I love them as I was just looking for a little more plushness on the initial stroke. I find they make a perfect woods fork for me, click in 6 or 7 clicks on compression and they're decent on the MX track.  But I also like a stiffer fork in the woods than most as I'm tall and an A racer.
If you're interested I'll find my specs for you.

i dont really remember how it worked, the rods of the MV broke and since then i didn't ride the bike (2-3 years).
since i opened it and fixed the rods i said why not to chance it for a wood riding.

i do know that my bike was a bike of TEAM F&S from Ohio(did they have a Team??).
i will take a look at the base valve too.

so what should i do? to reassemble it like it was??

yes i will appraise that, but i see that i have different rebound, so i need to dill with that too, now :banghead:
did you use the stock springs? i did ride a MX and i think the forks were ok, i do remember that the shock was too soft and bottomed easily if i missed the lending.

Thanks again.

In the end i didnt touch noting cause i dont really remember how things worked at the forks, so after i will ride it i will see what i want to change and will find out how.

From what i looked at the base valve it looks like stock 24s and few of 22 noting different like my rebound(dIdnt open it) but from what i could measure with caliper it looks like what Vietze said.

So if someone have some tips for that KYB i would be more then happy to find out about it,
thanks.
Amit.

Firstly you have to remove the bladder from the cartridge.
.15 shims in the base arent the best idea, especially for a woods bike.

ok after riding with that shims i can say that the compression are too hard at  small rocks and i think also hard feel overall.
now i also have a problem with the rebound, it's too fast also when fully close.
i put springs withe the needles, i think they may be the problem, i didnt find springs in the suspension when i open them but i have been told there were spring there, so is there really spring there? if yes from where can i get them?

i saw in RMX that there are springs, could they fit my KYB?
