Will 2004 XR400 muffler fit 2004 XR250R?

Anyone know? I need one and found a guy online who has one for a 04 xr400, hoping it will work with my xr-250R.

Pretty sure it will, the end stickout might be a bit longer than the 250 pipe though.  I had a Supertrapp pipe that fit both my XR400 and my Brother's XR250, so that's why I think the stock 400 pipe will likely work on the 250.

Yep, I bought it and the bolt holes are off about 1/4 inch. Gonna cut and weld it tonight.

Hmmm, mine bolted right on.  Is your subframe a little knocked off center?
