What is this hole in my cylinder?

Something is coming out of this hole... It looks like oil. I need you guys' help!

That is the drain hole for the spark plug well.  If it's leaking oil, either you plug is loose, or the cam cover gasket is leaking into the plug well.

gotta be the 2nd answer

also the hole can be / is used to blow compressed air through to clean the plug area of dirt before removing the plug. ( remove the spark plug cap first)
