I have a 04 315R and want to replace my sprockets but I'm having difficulty finding aftermarket sprockets.
I had similar problems finding a rear sprocket for an old XR but found a 02 YZ that uses the same sprocket. rocket

Any suggestions, crossreference to other bikes, or links would help.

Thanks

Have you tried lewisport?

Other than that you might check other trials bikes or maybe a cr125 of that era. When I rebuilt mine, there were a few small engine parts shared with cr125s and 250s... If that doesn't work you could try having one made, I know there is a place around here that does water jet cutting and they say they have a program for gears and sprockets. I've never asked about having a motorcycle sprocket cut though.

Thanks, I'll check the CR stuff..
I'll pull the both sprocket this weekend and measure them. The front sprocket looks like a XR200, and the rear uses 6 bolts in a 2 x 3 pattern.

Look here http://lewisportusa....eels_sprock.htm

your bikes has AJP hubs not the same as CR so sprockets wont interchange.

as for making them .....WHY?     Just call Lewisport
