questions about revalving suspension

can you just valve your forks or the rear shock? or is it worth spending the extra money and getting them both done?
when i say valve i'm talking about having them set up for my weight. height and all that, the bike that im doing it to is a 09 kx250f if that matters

Some bikes need neither end,  some both and some just one end,  the kxf is pretty decent in 09

What do you weigh? And your speed and is it Mx or woods?

about 150, 5"11, c class, mx

I would say the kx should suit you well,  do you have any issues with it?

its way to stiff right now, we bought it from someone and they must of did something to make it a little stiffer then the stock settings

what is the best way for checking and doing all the clicker settings? im not good with suspension
