So over the winter i cleaned up the bike cleaned the carb and adjusted the vavles. I am not sure but i think i messed something up. I didnt have the bog last year but this year its pretty bad and pops a bit. never did before i am taking off the carb again and checking that as well as the vavles. I think the timing might be off by a tooth or something can someone please give me a picture of their cams at tdc?

You should have 12 pins between the punch marks.  I'd start by replacing your PJ first though.

Each link on the cam chain has 2 pins.  A good check is to count the number of pins between the punch marks on the cams.  You (YZ) should have 12.  Even though the PJ looks clean, i'd still replace it.

Confirm the AP is squirting. A bog after a winter sitting with E85 can cause trouble with the AP.

i replaced the pj, the ap is squirting, and the timing is spot on. I haven't been able to try to start it or anything yet because of all this rain...I hate it.
