I broke my lower radius bone just before the radial head, surgery was not required after 4 weeks I got the cast off and my hand is still swollen and I have lost most of my range of motion. I have started strengthening and stretching movements, I was wondering if a wrist brace would be necessary once I’m cleared to ride? Has anyone had a similar injury that can share time frames with me?
