What he said!
It's debatable on the order though. You'll be faster with good suspension, period, but uncork and rejet is cheap, cheap, cheap. So, why not do it.
Suspension gets pricey but worth every penny if speed is your goal.
Taller handle bars wont make you faster but will help you stand up on this little bike. Which is a good thing. If you're taller than 5' 5" you'll benefit from taller bars.

You don't cut the airbox on these bikes. You just need to pull the snorkel / baffle. Gives 4 times the area for flow
There is no JD kit for these bikes.
Interesting though there is a dynojet jetting kit: http://www.dynojet.com/pdf/1176.pdf

Exhaust and jetting is best first mod. Only thing for me is now I'm addicted, I want more.
Once you feel the difference you'll want to go even faster and at the sametime want the bike to handle better. So in my case suspension is in the works, pieces are comming.
Gotta have it.

Good to here from a someone that actually has the conversion.
I'm working on my rear suspension right now and will most likely add the conversion to my project.
If your going to make her go make her go right?
