Yester day apparently bout 10:30 am had a bit of a get off out in the bush
I don't remember a thing but I was told my ass end hit a rut with a bit of pace
Flicked the  bike ass over tit and I used my head as some thing soft to land on
My helmet is split bout were ear is right thru to we're your googles sit
Leaving me with a bruised brain and a bung leg that is severely bruised and a bloody nite
At the hospital not to mention all the gear I'm goin to have to replace now not the best photo but
