torque cam from xr's only?

is this cam an upgrade from stock? if so, will i notice a difference? does it truly give any torque to me?

I'm sure it is an upgrade from stock, but I don't know how much.

One clue is if it requires heavier springs.

Do you have the lift and timing specs?
